• Scott M. Felton is a lifelong resident of McLennan County and was raised on a ranch near the Elk Community. He retired as the President of Wells Fargo after 30 years. He has served in various capacities with numerous National, State and Local organizations. On October 1, 2012, he was appointed and began serving as the McLennan County Judge. He was then elected to a 4 year term in 2014 and was re-elected in 2019. 

• Board Chair Jackson Griggs is the Chief Executive Officer of Heart of Texas Community Health Center, a fifteen-site federally-qualified health center serving 60,000 patients in Central Texas. Dr. Griggs is a family physician who has practiced medicine for fifteen years, focusing on families living in poverty. Before executive leadership, he trained over 150 resident physicians while on faculty of the Waco Family Medicine Residency Program.

Jim Holmes has served Waco City Council since 2016. Jim brings 35 years of financial management experience to the Council, serving as COO/EVP of FirstCity Financial Corp & SVP of FNB of Central Texas. He is currently President of HOTCOG, Chairman of Waco MPO, & Board Director for Waco Sports Commission & Cameron Park Zoo. Jim is a graduate of Creighton University and attended Baylor School of Law.

• Chris currently serves as the President of BSW - Hillcrest and most recently served as CEO of Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

• Chris serves on the leadership development council for the Texas Hospital Association, is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and was named this year to the rising star list as one of 67 healthcare leaders under 40 by Becker’s Hospital Review.

• Philip Patterson joined Providence Healthcare Network as President in February 2018. Philip has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
